At this time, Speedy Metals website orders can either be shipped UPS or you can pick-up your order at our New Berlin, Wisconsin facility. If you would like us to ship your order using a different shipping company simply call and place your order with a Speedy Metals sales representative. Keep in mind, UPS cannot ship to a PO Box so please make sure your "ship to" address is a street address and not a PO Box. While UPS is one of the finest carriers available they too can accidentally damage or lose packages. In the event your package is lost, delayed or damaged, Speedy Metals will make every attempt within it's means to replace damaged or lost items.
Speedy Metals prides itself with exceptional service to its customers and we promise to make every effort to ship your order promptly. You can expect your order will ship in 1 to 2 business days. In the event of a back-order, Speedy Metals will contact you by phone, email or indicate so on your packing slip.
